Ralphie is 8 years old today! He came as a fearful little puppy. He is a bit of a sassy-pants, a kissing bandit, and a gentle rasslin’ buddy for paralyzed Briar. 🥰

Macy and Akka got some time in the big pasture today. They sniffed, grazed, and just cruised around enjoying themselves. 🥰
They have been with us for five years.
Our sanctuary dogs need ongoing support: food, medications, vet care, etc.

Poppa’s prior person reminded me that it was his birthday last week. He’s 14!
She sent his baby picture. 🥰

Miss Dagny had a spa day. She came to us almost a year ago. She was a mess, physically and mentally. Her mammary cancer is gone.

She’s been slow to warm up to us, but she’s really coming around. She’s getting better at allowing grooming, but still just a bit sensitive around her muzzle.

We were part of a collaborative effort to spring Clarence ( ) from Baldwin Park Shelter today! He went on 72 hour notice last week, so his time was up.
A network of folks collaborated to get him out and safe.
His foster reports that he is super sweet and chill. 😊
