Today would not have been a success at the Woodgrove house if it wasn’t for Heather Santangelo and interiors. They came through with five star service to help put the finishing touches on an already spectacular house to complete a masterpiece.

Special shoutout to for putting it all together. This team is an unstoppable force.

We thank you for your support!

Huge thanks to the team of organizers, featured in this video and Ken, the owner of the Capri house! We had the most wonderful reception before the tour.

is truly privileged to serve as a sponsor for this year’s White Rock Home Tour. Having called East Dallas home for over 20 years, she has long believed that the heart of the community lies in how neighbors support one another and invest in a shared future.

Sponsoring this tour is a natural extension of her commitment to giving back to East Dallas schools and the broader community. It is a meaningful way to help ensure local students have the resources they need to thrive, and she is honored to play a small role in that mission.

As a Mid-Century Modern enthusiast, Brooke finds endless inspiration in the clean lines and intentional living these historic homes represent. This passion carries into her professional life as a Broker Associate with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, where she draws on her background in interior design and luxury brand marketing to help clients see the full potential in every space, whether discovering a new home or presenting their current one at its best.

When she is not helping families navigate the Dallas real estate landscape, Brooke is enjoying life in the neighborhood with her husband, their five-year-old twins, and their rescue German Shepherd, Getta. Whether on the tennis court, volunteering, or out for a morning run with her local running group, she is constantly reminded why she loves calling this community home.

Thank you for helping make this event possible and for investing in Hexter Elementary through your support of the White Rock Home Tour.

“I didn’t expect the front door to stay with me.
But it did.
Bright orange, just bold enough to make you pause, just restrained enough to feel intentional.”

We have told you the story of this home once, from the builder perspective. But a home is meant to be lived in, personalized and enjoyed. This is the story about Kristen and Aldo, and their journey in their home.

Comment DOOR and we’ll send you the link with the story. Or simply check out our link in bio and get lost in all the beautiful homes we are featuring this year.

The San Leandro house.

Well, yes - it’s in Dallas. It doesn’t look it, but it is.
Barrel ceilings, hand-dazed ponderosa pines, a wrap-around balcony and a luxurious double lot. Designed by Far+Dang, the home is quite unusual for the group’s Dallas portfolio. Yet, somehow, so fitting.
See this home for yourself on April 25 or 26th.

✨Comment DANG and we will send you all the details for your convenience.

Act 5/6. The Woodgrove house.

The low slung roofline, the connection to the outdoors 🤔. One cannot but think of Joseph Eichler with those descriptors.
You can certainly see that influence in the Woodgrove house. After all, it was built in 1955 - the prime of mid century modern homes!
We invite you to the Woodgrove house to celebrate not only the mid century architecture, but also the thoughtful renovation that a home sometimes needs - the one that doesn’t discard any of the original materials, but incorporates them. Say, where the original floor goes onto the ceiling..

Act 4/6. The Vinemont house.

Some owners preserve architecture by striving to keep it untouched.
Heidi and Blake chose a different approach.
When they purchased the rare Ju-Nel A-frame on Vinemont in 2025, they understood immediately what made it special. One of only two A-frames ever built by the prolific Dallas design-build firm, the home was already an architectural standout. Its dramatic silhouette, soaring interior volume, and bamboo-lined lot gave it a presence unlike anything else in the neighborhood.

Comment VINEMONT to read the rest of the story!
