Two indoor venues, Founder’s Hall and the Clubhouse, sit on beautifully wooded acreage, offering
inviting settings for weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, luncheons, banquets, parties, and many
other types of events. Founder’s Hall, the larger of the two buildings, can accommodate a maximum of 250 guests for a buffet
or up to 168 guests seated at round tables. The Clubhouse, the smaller of the two facilities, can
accommodate up to 120 standing or 76 seated at tables throughout the house. Three outdoor settings are also available at RWC--a romantic Gazebo, a beautiful brick Arbor/Pergola,

On October 22, 2025, the RWCCF Board of Directors honored leaders of the City of Richardson Parks Department with an Appreciation Breakfast at the RWC Clubhouse to thank them for the work they do to maintain the RWC grounds. RWCCF and the Parks Department have a decades-long history of partnering to care for this beautiful estate.

The RWC Estate is a popular site for both indoor and outdoor events. Its two rental venues, Founders Hall and Clubhouse, sit on beautifully wooded acreage to provide an inviting setting for weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, luncheons, banquets, parties, and many other types of events.

🍁 The Richardson Woman’s Club gathered on October 2, 2025, for a wonderful time together, enjoying a delicious lunch catered by Go Gourmet Catering and a fabulous "Fall in Love with Fall Fashion" show presented by RWC member Jayne Norwood of Jayne’s Boutique. Our own RWC members modeled a variety of fun and stylish fall looks—perfect inspiration for the season!

A special thank-you to Jayne for donating 15% of all sales proceeds to benefit the philanthropies of the Richardson Woman’s Club Charitable Foundation.

It was also a special milestone as President Mary Osentowski led her first meeting, sharing her inspiring theme: “Celebrating Friendship and Service.” As we honor RWC’s 70-year history, we’re reminded to cherish each day with friends and family.

Thank you to everyone who attended—we’re excited for a fun and impactful year ahead!

🃏 The Richardson Woman’s Club hosted its 2025 Annual Bridge Festival on September 25th and 26th, bringing together members and guests for two fun-filled days of laughter, great food, prizes, and a lively silent auction—all in support of community grants and scholarships.

Co-chairs Tracy Bradley and Mary Osentowski, along with a dedicated team of volunteers, created a warm and welcoming event that truly embodied the spirit of RWC.

Special appreciation goes to Twin Rivers Senior Living, Richardson for their generous sponsorship, raffle gifts, door prizes, and swag bags—and to Rebecca Mervicker for her support.

Many thanks to Brenda Duckett for curating a stunning and successful silent auction, and to Kathy Carr, our Bridge Master, for leading the Duplicate Bridge tournament with expertise and enthusiasm.

The proceeds from this year’s festival will benefit local non-profits and provide scholarships for RISD seniors, Seniors who live in Richardson, and a child of a Richardson first responder—continuing RWC’s tradition of giving back to our community.

💐 The Richardson Woman’s Club hosted a lovely New Member Tea on September 4, 2025, in Founders Hall to welcome and celebrate our newest members.

Special thanks to Membership VP Carol Mixon, VP Elect Kathy Carter, and the Membership Committee for organizing such a beautiful event. Established in 1955, RWC continues its proud tradition of serving the Richardson community through grants and scholarships funded by our philanthropic efforts.

🎓 Honoring the achievements of our incredible 2025 RWCCF Scholarship Recipients!

While the 18th Annual Richardson Woman’s Club Golf Tournament, held May 16th at Sherrill Park, focused on raising funds for our community, we were honored to recognize three of our ten outstanding scholarship recipients who joined us at the event.

This year, our RWCCF Scholarship Committee received 124 applications from all four Richardson ISD high schools, as well as two from children of Richardson first responders. These students stood out for their exceptional academic achievements, leadership, perseverance, and unwavering commitment to their goals. We are proud to support these outstanding students as they begin their next chapter.
