Today concludes the third day of the Directors outing to Hazeltine National to celebrate the 125th Anniversary of the TMGA. The championship course was in championship condition. They had stunningly beautiful weather all three days. Nine directors got to see the course in its best condition, fast greens, 12-14 stimp and pace of play averaging 3:52.

They also got a chance to interact with Jon Mays, Executive Director of the Minnesota Golf Association, Thomas Barksdale, the new General Manager, who came from another member club, Prairie Dunes, Dan Kilgore, the first assistant who will be going to Desert Mountain to be a Head Golf Pro at one of their 7 courses, and Ben Clymer, the Championship Committee Chair and the 2026 Club Champion. We hope that this is the first of many future Director outings to gather to celebrate amateur golf.
