She Blooms operates as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization to promote authentic community, spiritual growth, and women's empowerment.

She Blooms encourages women to look beyond their circumstance and tap into their God given talents and gifts to become leaders in their communities. She Blooms focuses on bringing women together in safe and relaxing settings that will allow them to open up, encourage, uplift and empower one another through prayer, sharing and laughter. She Blooms will meet monthly to discuss and address biblically based real-life issues relatable to women. She Blooms will offer a variety of fellowship outings through monthly, "Let's Talk About It", training sessions, community outreach, conferences/workshops, and/or retreats.

One of my sister friends recently said, “I see She Blooms is still going strong.” And I replied, “Yes, we are still blooming. Sixteen years to be exact!” 🌺

God has been faithful in every season of our lives. Through desolate places, dry seasons, dormant seasons, and even pruning seasons, He has kept us, even when we wanted to quit, give up, and say, “That’s it; that’s enough Blooming.”

How do I know? Because I’ve had those thoughts numerous times. But somehow, God always reminds me that there’s a sister somewhere depending on us to keep showing up and creating that safe space we’ve always had since day one. A place where sisters can be honest, open, encouraged, and grow.

That’s why I’m so excited about our upcoming Becoming Her women’s gathering.

If you’ve noticed, we haven’t filled the flyer with pictures of speakers. My prayer is that what draws us together is our desire to hear from God and make room for the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us.

Becoming Her isn’t about trying to become someone we’re not. It’s about surrendering to God as He reveals and develops the woman He created us to be. It’s releasing the labels, expectations, and old ways of thinking that have kept us from walking in that truth.

We’ve spent time discovering who God says we are. Now we’re taking steps toward living like we believe Him.

And yes, sometimes becoming her looks like starting over. Sometimes it looks like pruning. Sometimes it looks like surrender. But even there, God is faithful. 🙏🏽

Sixteen years later, we are still growing, still showing up, and still blooming. And there’s room for you to bloom with us. 🌿

Alright Ladies!! She Blooms Presents: BECOMING HER Women’s Gathering 🌺

For three months, we asked some important questions.

🌿Who is the woman in the mirror?
We learned to see HER beyond the titles, roles, expectations and responsibilities.

🌿What have I allowed to name me?
We confronted labels, lies and experiences that tried to define us, and declared, “That is not my name!”

🌿Who does God say that I am?
We replaced the lies with truth and declared that we are who GOD says we are.

But Sis…there comes a point when knowing is no longer enough. Now it’s time to live like we know.

BECOMING HER is about moving from identity into alignment. It’s choosing to walk with courage, heal, establish boundaries, use your voice, embrace your purpose and live as the woman God created and called you to be.

We’re bringing together real women for real conversations, worship, an engaging panel discussion, sisterhood, reflection, practical tools, lunch and a beautiful afternoon designed to challenge us to take our next step.

Because Becoming Her isn’t about becoming somebody else. It’s becoming more aligned with who God already created you to be.

“…and who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” - Esther 4:14

What a great wrap up to our “Sis, You are More than Enough” identity journey. 🌺

For the past three months we walked together, had honest conversations, and explored who we are as women beyond the titles. We looked in the mirror. We made declarations. We broke agreement with the labels that have been placed upon us. And we declared with confidence, we are who God says we are! 🙌🏽

Today was truly the icing on the cake as Dana Mingo led our discussion and challenged us with one powerful question, “How do you see yourself in Christ”. In Christ we are equipped with the Word and have the power to speak and manifest what the Word says over our lives as His daughters!

Ladies our journey doesn’t end here, because there is a difference between knowing who you are and living like you know who you are. And that’s where we’re going next.

Saturday it was so good to be in the room once again where genuine love was felt, authentic sisterhood was shared, and God’s presence was on full display. 🌺

Thank you to every woman who showed up, shared, and came with an open heart willing to dig deeper and confront the false narratives and labels that have tried to shape our identity as women.

There is something powerful that happens when sisters come together in a safe space to grow, heal, be vulnerable, and be reminded of who they are in Christ.

Next month we conclude our Sis, You Are More Than Enough Identity Journey as we explore one of the most important questions of all: “Who Does God Say I Am?” 🙌🏽

It’s time to silence every false narrative for good and allow God’s truth to have the final word. We look forward to seeing you 9/12/26! 🌿

We absolutely love our She Blooms community and the time spent together this past weekend at our Mother’s Day in Bloom Tea! Ladies thank you for gracing us with your presence, your warm smiles, and friendly hugs. What an incredible experience. 🌺

A huge shout out and thank you to the following….
Our founder, Mrs. Kisha Walker and co-emcee, Mrs. Sharelle Banks-Williams for hosting a beautiful gathering and keeping everyone engaged. Our wonderful team for your time and efforts to ensure everything was a huge success. You ladies are true rockstars. Thank you to our tea curator and guest speaker, Ms. Fanchion Roxanne Kenady for serving tea and sharing words of wisdom on love. And to the photographer, Mr. Lamont Allen for capturing the essence of the day, and Sharps Party Events and Decors for the beautiful tea room setup, we say thanks from the bottom of our hearts. 🥰
