You are not going to want to miss this month's DAC Meeting Two great items on the program. Former Sigma Chi at the University of North Texas chapter sweetheart and former International Sweetheart finalist Cara Simpson will be our guest speaker. She has done quite a bit of work helping men's mental health non-profits as well as the Huntsman Foundation. Currently she is working with a sunglass company that shares its profits with non-profit charities. After the meeting is done, we will be doing a community service project, building hygiene kits for Austin Street Center. See you at Campisi's 5610 East Mockingbird Lane at 11:45 AM. Our active chapters in the North Texas Province are outstanding! The members are doing great work and deserve your esteem. Congratulations to the members of Iota Phi at North Texas and Zeta Eta at East Texas A&M for winning the Legion of Honor for Outstanding Scholarship and the Blue Peterson Award! Grand Praetor Jim Bullock and his team of chapter advisors and housing corporation officers also deserve a round of kudos.

We are sad to announce that Ron Reneker Delta Omega '68 has gone to chapter eternal.

As of this writing, your Texas Rangers are leading the west and the pesky, awful Houston Astros are 5 games back. As you all know, August 2nd is the annual Sigma Chi Silver Boot Game in Houston. Had a great turnout last year up here. We are going to do something different with this message -- the link to buy tix will be in comments!
