Yesterday I went to see the patient. He's recovering well and in good spirits. Each time I see him he's adjusting more to life outside of the land he was dumped on and inside with people who care and love him. I can tell he's feeling better and it's fun to see his personality starting to shine through. He's so sweet and a lover.

This sweet guy is coming along!!! Successfully treated for heartworm mon-tues, his spirits are good and he's recovering well. He loves attention and will make someone or family a great dog!!! He's on medical rest for 30 days, after that I will spend a couple weeks working with him on commands and potty training. He'll be ready for adoption mid-June. Perfect pet to get in the summer for the kids!!!

Sweet Hector update...Best dog!!!All he wants it to sit by you and have you pet him . He's 26lbs. Once we fatten him up, he'll be around 35lbs. Getting heartworm treatment today. He will recover for 30 days. He will be available for adoption June 9. Please share!!

Every pet I've ever had was from a shelter or a rescue group. These are the most awesome dogs!!! Hector update...after being dumped a few months ago, poor guy was left to fend for himself. He was covered in ticks of which most are gone now and he was negative for Lyme disease but very anemic so we were not able to start heartworm treatment today. He's on meds for 2 weeks to help rebuild his blood and get him stronger for HW treatment. He remains calm, sweet and oh so loving!!! I hope you'll follow his journey with me and share when I feel he's ready for his forever home. ❤️❤️

WARNING: Hey friends, these 2 sweet babies were dumped on my friends property. I met them this weekend and fell in love with both. They are very sweet and great with kids. They both need a little TLC and I've offered to pay for vet and medical bills for both. I plan to fatten up the smaller gray/white one. They are both available for adoption and/or fostering. I'd hate for them to die as they are not being cared for now. I don't understand why anyone would dump these 2, they are perfect dogs!!!! Please share...thanks!!!
