All class and membership purchases are to be made at the rec center front desk. Keep your receipt and show it to your DCY instructor at your next class - they will track your membership usage and expiration dates. Annual Dallas Rec Center membership required for attendance. Dirt Cheap Yoga has a mission to bring yoga to the people; especially the people who can least afford it. We are advocates for accessible yoga classes in every sense. The charitable contributions collected from individuals and companies will be used to offer free yoga classes to adults, and children who cannot afford them. It will also go to help DCY support our partner community service organizations.

It's been a quiet few years on these pages.
While DCY no longer stretches in the Rec Centers, DCY's teachers have continued to teach. Some of us have online offerings at Dirt Cheap rates!

Shannon Thornton, PhD, RYT - Private Yoga Instruction has several offerings throughout the week including in her old Monday Lake Highlands timeslot at 6pm cst.

Jon has Yoga for a Cause in his old Thursday Exall timeslot at 6pm cst. 100 percent of his proceeds go to charity.

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), Dallas Recreation Centers will be closed until further notice. This means all Dirt Cheap Yoga classes will be canceled until further notice.

We recommend you practice social distancing and continue on with your personal yoga practice at home. ~Namaste
