The Dallas ISD Small Business Office Department remains an integral component of Dallas ISD. The Small Business Office Department received numerous awards for their strong commitment to minority and women-owned businesses. A continuing goal of the Small Business Office Department is to maximize the participation of M/WBEs in all phases of the district's purchasing and contracting activities. The d

Build Capacity. Increase Opportunity. Compete with Confidence.

Dallas ISD and SSP Consulting, L.C. invite construction-related business owners to apply for the April 2026 Virtual Bond Academy.

This four-session program is designed to provide practical, step-by-step guidance to help businesses strengthen their bonding capacity and increase eligibility for Dallas ISD contracting opportunities.

Participants will learn how to prepare a successful bond application, understand what is required to become pre-qualified, and gain insight into the Dallas ISD Request for Proposal (RFP) process. The program concludes with an in-person session designed to reinforce learning and position participants for success.
