David Omenukor Foundation is a 501(c)(3) health-based nongovernmental organization powered and driven by the passion of reducing or stopping the scourge and devastation of cancer in the world. The foundation does this by creating awareness and providing information on the necessary steps needed to combat cancer in our society. To this end, the foundation provides free colorectal cancer screening to rural and other underserved communities with no access to healthcare.

After 7 days of advocacy, education, and love - WE DID IT! 🙏💖

The Problem:Breast cancer still kills because many women don't know, they don't check, and are not aware that when you detect breast cancer early, it can be treated more effectively.

The Solution We Created: We are in a digital era and For 7 days, David Omenukor Foundation used SOCIAL MEDIA as a tool to spread the information and reach women where they are - on their phones.

And today, we show the power of community with our "PINK POWER VIDEO" featuring 10 amazing David Omenukor Foundation Volunteer voices led by Onyinyechi Veronica Hycienth.

Theme: End Child Marriage and invest in girl's rights.

Today is a global moment to celebrate girls everywhere and to advocate for urgent actions to end Child Marriage, protect the girl Child against violence, discrimination and harmful practices.

This is also breast cancer 🎀 awareness month and guiding the girl Child from early childhood to adulthood tends to help the girl Child achieve her goals,vision and mission ❤️

David Omenukor Foundation officially joins the world to mark Breast Cancer 🎀 awareness.
That is why today we are starting with the simple guide for Breast Self Examination.
