Spotted recently... our neighborhood police officers supporting a local business and grabbing a bite at Good Side Pizza Pub!

Good Side Pizza Pub is now open for lunch, serving up pizzas, appetizers like fried zucchini, and a pizzookie... a warm cookie topped with ice cream.

Stop by and give this neighborhood spot a try!

We also appreciated hearing from the dedicated DPD Deep Ellum Task Force about their expansion this fall, meeting some of the new leadership, including our new Sergeant, and getting an update on the work the team has been doing in Deep Ellum over the past several months.

On International Day of Peace, a reminder of how art and sports bring people together. Romanian-born artist Dan Colcer () brings Sweden to the neighborhood with this FIFA World Cup-inspired mural on the back corner of Life in Deep Ellum, another international story on our walls.

Swedish goalkeeper Kristoffer Nordfeldt () makes the save, with the Swedish flag blazing behind him. 🧤

🎨⚽ A piece of the World Cup still lives in Deep Ellum!
Created by , this striking mural celebrates Jordanian football star and Jordan’s historic World Cup appearance. 🇯🇴

From the bold red, black, white, and green cutting across the wall to the intricate Arabic calligraphy woven throughout the piece, there’s plenty to catch when you see this mural up close.

The match may be over, but the artwork is still here for Deep Ellum to enjoy. ✨

We’re grateful to the City of Dallas, Dallas Police Department + Crisis & Outreach, DART, and Code Compliance for being at the table, sharing resources, listening, and helping move the conversation forward.

✨ What a night for the arts in Deep Ellum! ✨

On August 27, unveiled The Ornamental Collection, bringing an incredible evening of art, creativity, and community to Deep Ellum.

The turnout was amazing, with art lovers coming out to experience the collection, support the arts, and celebrate the work of a talented local artist. We’re thrilled to see multiple pieces find new homes and to celebrate another memorable night for the Deep Ellum arts community. 🎨❤️

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the evening so special. This is what Deep Ellum is all about — creativity, connection, and making space for artists to shine.
