Our Saviour Community Garden is a ministry of Our Saviour Episcopal Church, a TEC Jubilee Ministry, a North Texas Food Bank Partner Garden and a project of Gardeners in Community Development, The GICD Center for Growing People.

How many flowers do you see? While we may think of this as one Rudbeckia flower, it is actually many. The showy yellow parts we call petals are sterile ray flowers that act like an advertisement to attract pollinators. The brown center is made up of many disc flowers that contain nectar and pollen.
