A Story of Hope 🥰 Gilda’s Family
At just 47 years old, Gilda carries the weight of the world on her shoulders. A mother of five children, all of whom are currently out of school, and the caretaker of her elderly mother, her days are filled with endless responsibilities. Her husband works as a farm laborer, earning only enough to cover the most basic needs, while Gilda takes on house cleaning jobs in exchange for food or a small amount of money.
Life has not been easy for them. Their home is unstable and lacks the comfort and security that most families enjoy. Yet despite these struggles, Gilda remains strong and hopeful for her children, for her husband, and for her aging mother who depends on her care.
Recently, the Krystal Stallion Foundation team visited Gilda’s family to bring bags of groceries and essential supplies. With smiles and gratitude in their eyes, the family received the donations that meant more than just food.. it meant relief, hope, and the reassurance that they are not forgotten.
