Beautiful We Eat brings the experience and resources of meal preparation and consumption in the home to the highest-poverty, lowest-performing elementary and middle schools. It is based on the premise that high-quality and experiential-based education can strengthen schools and communities, and motivate kids to strive for success in neighborhoods facing extreme economic and educational challenges.
Beautiful We Eat and its partners provide kids with resources and materials designed to prepare a meal, and to tackle projects efficiently and effectively through collaboration. The process is designed to increase participants' chances of success and to raise the visibility of their short and long-term achievements.
