Kids Vision for Life is Essilor Vision Foundation's community-based program.

Launched in 2008, KVFL provides vision screenings, eye exams and eyeglasses to students in need at no cost to the family. In Schools:
Staff work with school administration to schedule mobile clinic services. KVFL mobile clinics provide exam space for two contractual doctors along with equipment for preparing lenses and dispensing glasses on site at no cost to the family. If a mobile clinic is not used, regional volunteers set up screening and exam lanes at the school. In Community:
At events in the community, children come either by bus or with their family, and KVFL provides vision services at no cost. These events consist of Vision Fests, health fairs, summer programs, Boys and Girls Clubs and visiting juvenile justice centers.
