EmployAbility Dallas

EmployAbility Dallas Working for employment opportunities for people with different abilities (formerly Dallas Mayor's Committee for the Employment of People with Disabilities)

At first glance, a disability can overshadow the full spectrum of qualities in an individual. With a more knowledgeable perspective, employers see that beyond the disability often lies a unique skill set and vibrancy that adds bottom-line benefits to teams and organizations. We work to engage the business community to build a diverse workforce by valuing people with different abilities. Our vision has enjoyed support from city, state and federal leaders as well as the corporate community.
