The judge concluded that we had not adequately established the relevant market and iaedp’s power within it as is required in antitrust cases. Today, August 10, 2026, my daughter Morgan would have turned 33 years old In the past ten years, I learned that birthdays do not disappear when a loved one dies. They change.
