Just a reminder that the HOA assessment is due March 1st. To avoid late fees and interest please send payments in order that they will post before the 1st.

Any late fees and interest that have posted to your account before March 1st will be waived if payment is received on time. However, any payments made after the 1st are subject to the fees and interest.

HOA MEETING UPDATE

We really want to apologize about this evening. HOA management company booked the venue and we were confirmed for 7 pm this evening.. unfortunately this didn’t happen and along the lines somewhere communication has been mixed up and we weren’t granted access tonight. I will be emailing Mike to find out what exactly occurred and I deeply apologize to everyone who came out! We are planning for January 29th 7 pm for a new meeting that we will personally setup and confirm the location! I will personally keep everyone posted ASAP

Just wanted to give a heads up to neighbors that I’ll be doing a Christmas tree drop off run this weekend and next so if you would like for me to dispose of your tree give me a shout! I’m doing this for free so no charge this is Dericc btw I’m in the back of the subdivision! HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE

If your the home with the bass on can you please turn it down a tad. It keeps waking up my family. All about having a great time but we can hear it over box fans.

We had a very productive board meeting last night where we were informed we now have active camera surveillance at the swimming pool area.. next we are setting up a meeting the neighborhood to discuss a few things such as a possible new HOA dues due date.. committee for front entrance decor for the neighborhood and social events such as communtiy yard sales. We are working very hard to close the gap on the issues in the neighborhood and hope we can all come together to make this happen!
