Art doesn’t always shout.
Sometimes it waits. On a wall, in a room full of strangers, near a wine glass you set down and forget to pick back up.

Both moments happened last week.

At Ferrari Gallery, Mark Russell Jones asked the room, “Can a painting be a poem?”
“I think so,” he said. And the work answered quietly, in oil and memory.

Later that night, across town, the Samuel Lynne Spring Social gathered under city lights and tall glass. The kind of evening that feels effortless until you realize how much intention went into making it feel that way.

Art isn’t just something we look at. It’s a story we step into.
