On this Resurrection Day, the 10th Episcopal District pauses to reflect on the power, promise, and purpose of the empty tomb.
The resurrection of Jesus Christ is more than a moment in history—it is the foundation of our faith and the reminder that God always has the final word. What looked like defeat was transformed into victory. What seemed like an ending became a new beginning. Because He lives, we have hope that rises above despair, strength that overcomes struggle, and joy that cannot be silenced.
Today, we celebrate the living Christ who continues to renew, restore, and redeem. May this Resurrection Day remind us that no matter what we face, there is always the promise of new life on the other side.
Let us go forward as people of resurrection—walking in faith, standing in hope, and living in the power of His love.
He is risen. He is risen indeed.
