Every girl experiences emotions—but not every girl is taught what to do with them.

Sadness. Anxiety. Disappointment. Frustration. Joy. Fear.

These aren't weaknesses—they're opportunities to grow.

This month at **Serenity Mentoring**, we're helping our Queens build one of the most important life skills they'll ever have: **Emotional Awareness**.

We're teaching girls how to:
💗 Understand what they're feeling.
💗 Express their emotions in healthy ways.
💗 Build confidence from within.
💗 Respond instead of react.
💗 Create healthy friendships and boundaries.
💗 Discover their worth through self-awareness.

Parents, often ask our daughters, "What's wrong?"

Too often, the answer is...

"Nothing."

But behind that one word may be anxiety, disappointment, loneliness, fear, comparison, or a lack of confidence.

Our daughters are growing up in a world that constantly tells them who they should be—but rarely teaches them how to understand who they already are.

That's why this month at Serenity Mentoring, we're focusing on Emotional Awareness.

We're creating a safe space where girls can:
