Our purpose is to mentor, inspire, support, and uplift these young ladies as they prepare to be the leaders of tomorrow. Gems of Psi Sigma Upsilon Sorority Incorporated is to educate, inspire, and strengthen young women across the nation by showing them the way to thrive as future leaders. We support and encourage self-love, equality, and the freedom of expression in positive ways, while giving ba

ck to our community. The mission of the Jr. Gems is to strive for excellence while obtaining the knowledge needed to grow into sophisticated, dedicated, loyal, and trustworthy young women. We are a reflection of the Gorgeous, Elegant, Matchless Cranes of Psi Sigma Upsilon Sorority Incorporated therefore we are committed to representing ourselves with grace, class, and dignity at all times.
