🌸 FROM SURVIVAL TO STRENGTH 🌸

We are deeply grateful to H-E-B for their $1,000 gift card donation in support of Wildflower Home for Girls and our Petals to Power Program.

Petals to Power was created to support domestic violence survivors and their families—women and girls navigating life after trauma, instability, and loss of safety. As a survivor myself, this program is personal. Something as simple as groceries can mean relief, dignity, and one less thing to worry about during an already overwhelming time for a lot of women.

These gift cards will go directly to families in need, helping ease food insecurity while survivors focus on healing, rebuilding, and reclaiming their power.

Wildflower Home for Girls is looking for discounted or donated house painting + popcorn ceiling removal services to help us finish our new space for the girls we serve. 💛

We already have high-quality Sherwin Williams paint donated — now we just need skilled hands to bring the vision to life.

✨ The Bloom Project was a Success! ✨

This morning was beautiful. Thanks to your generosity, Wildflower was able to purchase 91 essential items and toys for students across 5 Dallas ISD campuses. 💛

Coats, shoes, blankets, toys, and special wish-list gifts were delivered to campus representatives today — and the joy was real. Photos coming soon! 📸✨

We are preparing to shop for gifts, coats, shoes, and blankets this week for families in need across Dallas. The number of families on our “adopt a family” list has doubled since our initial post, and we want to make sure every child is supported with dignity and care this holiday season.

🌸 Wildflower Home for Girls — Adopt a Family This Holiday Season 🌸

This year, several families in our community reached out for help. Each one is facing their own unique struggle — job loss, illness, single-parent households, autism support needs, and more. To protect their privacy, we will share each family’s story without names or campus details.

✨ We are inviting our Wildflower community to “Adopt a Family” for the holidays. ✨

🌼 How to Adopt a Family:
1. I will post each family’s situation and their wish list individually.
2. If you choose to adopt a family, you are agreeing to purchase the items on their wish list.
3. Once you have the gifts, I will personally pick them up and deliver them directly to the family.
4. All gifts must be new or very gently used.

🌸 Tax-Deductible Contributions

All adopted families and donated items are 100% tax-deductible under our nonprofit.
We will provide you with a gift acknowledgment letter that includes our tax ID number for your records.

🌼 Why It Matters:

These families came forward bravely. Some are caring for autistic children. Some are single mothers. Some are dealing with illness, job insecurity, or grief. Some children are simply hoping for warm clothes, winter shoes, or a small toy to brighten their holiday.

Every single act of generosity makes a real difference.

We’ve officially been selected for the Comerica Bank SmallBizCo-Op program, and Wildflower Home for Girls is going to be featured on Dallas Stars Radio! ⭐️🎙️

That’s right — our organization will be getting a LIVE radio read during the Dallas Stars in-game broadcasts on:

✨ November 22nd

This is HUGE for our visibility and our mission.

Every new ear that hears about Wildflower means more girls, more families, and more schools we can reach across Dallas. 🌱💛
