🎉 Incoming IMG Intern Bootcamp by DOGANA YPC

Join 18 faculty and resident speakers for a practical bootcamp focused on helping incoming interns transition smoothly into U.S. residency. Sessions will cover real-world intern survival skills including communication, professionalism, workflow, documentation, wellness, navigating hospital culture, and adapting to life as an IMG — along with specialty-specific breakout sessions.

The Alberta Open House was a huge success with an incredible turnout and engagement 🤝

A truly powerful initiative by the DOGANA Membership Committee, it brought members together, fostering connections and strengthening the DOGANA community in Canada 🇨🇦

A special appreciation to the amazing organizers — Dr. Arsalan Ali, Dr. Mehwish Warsi and Dr. Basma Salman 👏 — for planning and executing such a well-organized and impactful event. ✨

Special thanks as well to Dr. Naushad Noorani, President DOGANA 2026, and Dr. Bushra Siddique, Chair of the DOGANA Membership Committee 🙌, for joining the event via Zoom 💻 and sharing their valuable support and insights.

💙 On this Mother’s Day, we pay tribute not only to the mothers who shaped our lives, but also to our beloved Alma Mater — our “Mother Institution” — that nurtured our minds, built our character, and guided our journey toward service and excellence ‼️

Like a mother, our institution gave us knowledge with compassion, discipline with wisdom, and friendships that became family. Its halls shaped generations of physicians and professionals who continue to serve humanity across the world with pride and purpose.

Today, as alumni united 🤝 by gratitude 🙏 and shared memories ❤️, we honor the institution that believed in us before the world knew us.

To our Alma Mater — thank you for your enduring guidance, your sacrifices, and the values you instilled in us. Your legacy lives on through every life your graduates touch.

The Dow Mentorship Program (DMP) & DOGANA YPC proudly presents *Meet the Matched 2026*, an engaging panel discussion featuring Dow alumni who were once DMP mentees and are now successfully matched into U.S. residency programs across six different specialties.

Join us on *6th May, 2026*, from *12 PM to 2 PM* in *Muin Auditorium* to learn what it really takes, from strategy to setbacks to success. Expect deep dives into the match journey, building meaningful networks, optimizing USCE, and mastering your timeline.
