👉 BAN HAS PASSED TO PLANNING COMMISSION! DALLAS NEEDS YOUR HELP NOW!

THE BAN HAS PASSED THROUGH THE ZONING COMMISSION NOW TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION!

Up to 70% of STR's in Dallas will be BANNED if this gets passed into law. It goes to the planning commission first (where it is now) and then to City Council.

This ban could become LAW before the end of the year! WE CAN STILL WIN THIS BUT YOU NEED TO SUPPORT NOW!

We have decided to reschedule our original Mixer Event to a later date in October to allow for the upcoming Tuesday October 4th ZOAC meeting to be more effective for all of us.

Instead of meeting us on October 5th, we kindly ask and encourage you to attend the October 4th ZOAC City Council Meeting - either in person or virtually - either attendance is appreciated and highly recommended for us to show a focused strength in the STR Community, our purpose and how this will affect STR Hosts in Dallas and the business community overall.

Here is the info to attend. We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible on Tuesday, October 4th. Let's show the City Council how much this matters!

City Council is discussing whether STRs will continue to be permitted in residential neighborhoods and whether STRs will be zoned in lodging-only areas. This would ban STRs in residential and multifamily areas. We are NOT standing for this. Dallas deservers better. And so do YOU.

By SHUTTING DOWN up to 70% of ALL AirBnBs in Dallas.
These are the same AirBnBs that brought MILLIONS of tourists and MILLIONS of dollars to Dallas' small business economy last year…
And they want ALL that money to go back to corporately-owned hotel chains and their restaurants.

Dallas City Council is discussing legislation that would take millions of dollars OUT of Dallas' small businesses - and funnel it into huge corporations…
