Participants are invited to dress up in their most imaginative Halloween costumes—solo or with family—and share pictures either in the comment section of No Lost Food’s Halloween contest post or by sending them directly to the organization’s page. The submissions typically include a mix of spooky, funny, and themed looks, showcasing community members’ creativity.

The event helps expand No Lost Food’s online engagement while keeping the mission visible in a lighthearted way. Supporters show up virtually to “like” and comment on entries, with winners announced on social media after Halloween. The initiative also encourages families to reuse or repurpose costume materials—aligning perfectly with the group’s sustainability goals.
Win amazing prizes.

Chinese New Year, also known as the Spring Festival, marks the beginning of the Lunar New Year. It is the most important holiday in China. Each year is represented by one of the twelve animals in the Chinese zodiac. Traditions include giving red envelopes for luck, lighting fireworks, and decorating homes with red items. On this Lunar New Year, we wish you all an abundance of joy and success.
