FWBC D.I.S.C.O.V.E.R. Children's Community DISCOVER is the Children's Community of Friendship-West Baptist Church for children ages 3months to 10.

DISCOVER is an acronym that means Developing Intellectually & Spiritually Children Of Vision, Excellence, & Righteiousness
DISCOVER Children's Community (DCC) ministers to children from birth through 5th grade, ministers to the parents of these children, and ministers to the servants we minister through.

DISCOVER VBS 2026 was amazing! If you missed it, here is a recap! The theme this year was “Live It Out!” The kids learned how to live like Jesus by serving one another, being kind, loving one another, forgiving one another, praying for one another, and celebrating one another! The highlight was watching them play outside and build friendships! It was an amazing week and the kids asked if they could come back next week! LOL While we rest up, we wait in great anticipation for what God will do next year! VBS 2026 is a wrap!

✨ If you missed this year’s Jade the Judge Tea & Brunch, take a look at the recap! What an unforgettable experience for our children and youth! ❤️✨ The red carpet was truly rolled out with five-star treatment from start to finish. Participants enjoyed an enriching and empowering day filled with valuable lessons on proper etiquette, body safety, and hygiene. Parents and guardians also received important education through a special session on human trafficking awareness and internet safety. Guests enjoyed a delicious brunch, sweet desserts, and meaningful moments that poured into the hearts and futures of our young people. It was a day filled with learning, empowerment, elegance, and fun! A HUGE THANK YOU to our facilitators and the one and only JUDGE KELLY! That’s a wrap!💫

Despite inclement weather, the 2026 Egg-Cellent Egg-Stravaganza was still a huge success! We simply moved the celebration indoors, and the kids had an amazing time. If you missed it this year, be sure to join us next year - we can’t wait to see you there!
