BATON ROUGE, LA – The State of Louisiana Office of Juvenile Justice (OJJ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ernest Jacob Rieux Jr. as the Assistant Secretary for Youth Services, effective March 30. A native of New Orleans and a 30-year veteran of law enforcement, Dr. Rieux brings a distinguished record of field operations, executive leadership, and specialized training to the agency's leadership team.
