To Whom It May Concern,
We are contacting you as a property owner or tenant in the Design District. We are proposing a modification to PDD 621 for Commercial Amusement Inside (CAI). We are proposing to require a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for this use. We are having a series of meetings with the property owners and tenants in the Design District. We would like to invite you to attend any of the following meetings for a short presentation and Q&A. These meetings will take place at 5:30 at the Dallas Design District Management Offices in the Dallas Design Center at 1025 N. Stemmons #600 M Dallas TX 75207 (can enter off Slocum) . Please feel free to invite your neighbors. The meeting is hosted by Dallas Design District Defenders, our neighborhood business association. The information will be presented by former Councilman Ed Oakley.
