Community is at the very heart of everything we do. 💙✨
Reflecting on last year’s inaugural Heart & Mind Healthy Living Expo, our deepest gratitude goes out to the incredible community champions who poured their time, expertise, and passion into making wellness accessible to every family who walked through the doors.
To our dedicated chapter mothers, local leaders, wellness practitioners, volunteers, and neighboring families: you are the heartbeat of this mission. Your commitment to educating, inspiring, and uplifting one another created an atmosphere of fellowship and empowerment that resonated far beyond that single afternoon. It truly takes a village, and our community showed up in full force.
As we gear up for the 2nd Annual Heart & Mind Healthy Living Expo on Saturday, October 10th, we carry your energy forward!

Mark your calendars for October 10th, 9am-1:30pm at the Desoto ARC, bring the whole family, and join us once again as we champion wellness for all ages.
