Saturday, July 11, we are pleased to host yet another "Spring Break" Handicapped Sub-Gauge shoot for our NEPA Chapter of the RGS. We use our handicap system, there are Mulligans and a Money Station, write-in auction, trophies and all wrapped into a tasty steak lunch. Please see the attached flier and use the contact info on it to register into or sponsor the event. All money raised for the Chapter is used in our NEPA region on various habitat projects. **Note** Access to this location is ONLY from Mountain Rd. There is no vehicle access north on Long Valley Rd from Schrader Creek Rd.

The Northeastern PA Chapter is partnering with multiple conservation groups to host a habitat workday in Bradford County. This project will focus on expanding shrubland habitat for Eastern cottontail rabbits, ruffed grouse and American woodcock.

Please be sure to bring protective equipment like chaps, helmets, gloves, eye and ear protection.

All volunteers should RSVP prior to the event by contacting:

Together, we can make a real impact—one acre at a time!

The Northeast Region is partnering with multiple conservation groups to host habitat workdays in Bradford County. These projects will focus on expanding shrubland habitat for Eastern cottontail rabbits and creating young forest habitat for ruffed grouse and American woodcock.

Volunteers should expect to be outdoors for most of the day, so dress for the weather and work conditions. Work included will be tree felling and limbing, bucking downed trees, brush pile construction, and apple tree pruning.
