We’re incredibly honored that students from Woodrow Wilson High School chose Shepherd Inn as the beneficiary of their basketball tournament fundraiser 💙

A group of seniors put this together as a service project to give back to their community, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Big progress happening behind the scenes.

Phase 1 is officially complete: the property has been rezoned. That step alone took time, patience, and a lot of people believing in the vision.

Now we’ve stepped into Phase 2 — renovating the main house. This home will become the heart of the property and the foundation for something much bigger we’re building here in Corsicana.

This aerial view gives a glimpse of where it all begins. What you’re seeing now is just the starting point.

There’s a lot more coming next… and we can’t wait to show you what’s ahead as this vision continues to take shape.

Our thrift store officially has a new name: Shepherd’s Closet — and it means more to me than just a rebrand.

The word “Shepherd” represents more than our Founders last name. It means care, protection, guidance, and responsibility. A closet represents provision — meeting practical needs in tangible ways. That’s exactly what this store does. Every rack, every donation, every purchase helps provide stability through housing, education, and employment at Shepherd Inn.

And right now, we’re doing something special.

For every in person purchase this week at Shepherd’s Closet, you’ll receive a handmade sample size goat milk soap (while supplies last) from , one of our amazing local consignment vendors. 🐐🧼
