Finally bit the bullet and went and got the drag Harrow. It makes a world of difference smoothing the trail out. I used the tines down for the first route on another day I’ll flip it over and do the smooth side.

After a good rain, it’ll tamp it down really nice

Note to those who are riding the trail with their motorized vehicles: you are violating local county state and federal laws.

Absolutely no motor vehicles are allowed on the Levee or on the bike trail that includes no E bikes.

After the snow melted, the grass started growing, now it’s 4 inches tall. We need to get out there and do some grooming and mowing before it gets out of hand otherwise we may lose the whole project.

In order to keep a resource like this available to the community it needs constant maintenance. “Bighorn recreational services” is prepared to do all this maintenance, as a nonprofit organization no funds come out of the city.

Today I walked one through seven loops. I was really off on the mileage. 🤪

All trails are open, except Loop eight which we will get to somewhere down the line.
