We respect the conversation to have inclusion and equality, but why not even have the conversation and just support a black owned marketing agency? Let’s talk!

The statement above is crystal clear. We have watched .co contort the conversation about racism in the content creation space for over two years. I and others have spent our time, energy, and brainpower trying to make Fohr a safe space for Black people because we believed they wanted to do better. It has become clear to us that they do not intend to DO better; they want to LOOK better.
I stand with my colleagues today and say directly to and his team: I am not your "Black friend" to be invited to speak in a palatable tone to your audience or to co-sign your meager and performative efforts to be anti-racist. If you think I am ok with being treated well by you while .co exploits other Black content creators and discriminates against Black staff, then I'm sad to say that you do not really know me. I will not allow the fear of retaliation to mute my voice. I cannot be silent when I see clear evidence of pay disparities between Black women and other creatives who work with you. I cannot be silent when you refuse to address racism form individuals on your team adequately. Enough is enough.
It is clear to me that you have ignored the advice I have given over the past two years. It is clear that nothing is changing, and yet you are reaping the benefits of being a "changemaker" for Black women. Frankly, it's exploitative that you serve as a middleman between content creators and the people they work and create content for. Systematic change is much more than diversity and inclusion, and your current narrative belongs in the past.
We are done talking until these questions are publicly answered. I will not be hopping on a call to discuss what you can do better or how you can perform solidarity in this moment of crisis. Answer the questions. 1. Follow 2. Screenshot the last page and your name 3. Post to demand an
