Take That Power Back!!

Anger is a natural response to disappointment, disrespect, or unfairness, but your well-being cannot remain at the mercy of another person’s behavior.

Acknowledge that the moment has passed, and your emotions have run their course. You now need to take control of your response.

This simple choice to refuse to let someone else’s behavior control your inner sense of power can save you from countless hours of frustration and hurt.

Instead of dwelling on what they did, learn from the experience, set healthy boundaries, and consciously choose where to invest your energy.

Remain grounded in your values,regardless of what others do!
