Hey neighbors! 👋 Our next Neighborhood Association meeting is coming up:

📍 Greiner Middle School – the classroom of Joel Pulis
(Park in the driveway on the Edgefield side and enter through the side door - see images)

➡️ As a reminder, we meet every other Wednesday, alternating between social gatherings and business meetings. This week will be a business agenda.

Apologies for not posting sooner but there's currently a requested zoning change to allow housing at the intersection of Edgefield and Clarendon. There's still time to discuss this as a neighborhood so please reach out if interested.

There will be one more informative meeting presented by the City on November 19th.

The City of Dallas Planning & Development department will be holding a community meeting tomorrow, Thursday, September 5th, 2024 from 6:00pm-7:30pm at Winnetka Elementary School to discuss the rezoning of properties around the Edgefield-Clarendon intersection.
