Meet Brian Leavens, a leader in the construction equipment parts industry and a candidate for the IDA Board of Directors!

"Serving as Executive Vice President at Parts ASAP, Brian brings more than 30 years of experience in aftermarket parts sales, distribution, and leadership. Over the past four years, he has worked across the company’s Agriculture and Construction segments, supporting a growing organization with more than 600 team members across the U.S. and Canada.

Prior to Parts ASAP, he spent 27 years in the automotive aftermarket, gaining firsthand experience with industry consolidation, digital transformation, supplier relationships, data standardization, and evolving customer expectations. He brings that perspective to the equipment aftermarket, helping businesses anticipate challenges and identify opportunities for growth.

If elected to the IDA Board, Brian will focus on strengthening member businesses, supporting supplier relationships, and developing the workforce needed to ensure the independent aftermarket remains strong and competitive"

The future of IDA is shaped by the people who step up to serve our industry!

"Learning from and working with Creighton Rock Drill and their various suppliers. The true love for the industry dates back to the 90’s when his father Jim would make sales calls to job sites on the way to hockey practises and games. Scott was brought into Olofsfors Inc in 2017 to establish distribution, grow and develop the North American market for Olofsfors wear steel division using his local market knowledge and understanding of customers wants and needs for quality products and support. With an expanding dealer network, increasing product demand, growing sales team, and family, there is never a shortage of things to do. Endurance sports, golf, tennis and hockey fill in the gaps between responsibilities at work and at home. Scott Creighton is the Sales and Marketing Manager of Olofsfors Inc Wear Steel Products for North America with over 20+ years of experience in the heavy equipment industry, starting early as a teenager, rning from and working with Creighton Rock Drill and their various suppliers.
