First day of off-season on the books for Dallas Elite!

The word of the week is ACCOUNTABILITY!

If your kid is not putting in work this off-season are you willing to accept responsibility and face the results?

It's not too late to sign up. We have flexible payment options available. The next session will be held this Sunday from 3-5p at Robinson Middle School in Plano, TX.

Registration for Dallas Elite’s Indoor Track season and offseason training is now open!

This isn’t for every kid, it’s for the ones ready to put in the work. If your athlete has the speed and the drive, this is where it will be sharpened into something real.

Spots are limited. Spring tryouts are coming and the athletes who show up ready are the ones who will make the team. Off-season is how you show up ready.

Parent's we invite you out on Sunday, September 20th from 5-6p for our informational Off-season training & Indoor track Parent's meeting.

We'll walk through the program, what to expect, practice locations, and answer any questions you may have.

Attendance of this meeting is strongly encouraged of those who are seriously considering or have already registered for off-season/indoor track.

The next starts now! 🏃‍♂️💨

Registration for the Dallas Elite 12-week Indoor Track Off-season program is now live.

Our program is built in 4 phases from:
✅ Mastering the basics
✅ Building speed and power
✅ Race-ready competition prep

Every week has a purpose. Every rep moves you closer to spring. This isn’t just conditioning, it’s discipline, accountability, and a championship mindset built one week at a time.

Champions are built in the off season. The work you put in now determines the medals you earn tomorrow.

Athletes have the option of off-season training only or off-season training plus indoor track. If your athlete is running indoor track the uniform cost is included in the off-season fee of $425. Off-season training only is $350 with flexible payment options. A 1 time payment of $350, $90/week, or $35/session day off due before the athlete begins the training session.

🚨 ATTENTION DE PARENTS 🚨

AAU Region 18 is almost here!

Athletes competing at Regionals must pick up their bands and bibs during practice on Monday. Competition begins on Wednesday, and athletes will not be able to compete without the proper credentials.

Please make arrangements to pick up your athlete’s packet and keep all bands and bibs secure throughout the meet.
