The FO designation, awarded through the Center for Public Safety Excellence, recognizes fire service leaders who demonstrate advanced competency in supervision, leadership, training, and organizational development.

Captain Collier, a 13 year PCFR veteran, is an experienced leader who has risen through the ranks through hard his work and dedication to serving our community.

Big congratulations to our newest Battalion Chiefs—Daniel Tibbitts and Jeremy Prather!

Chief Tibbitts has been with Paulding Fire for 23 years, bringing decades of experience, leadership, and mentorship to the department.

Chief Prather has served Paulding Fire for 12 years, joining us with prior experience from a metro Atlanta fire department and continuing to step up in leadership roles.

These promotions came from a highly competitive process, and both earned the role through hard work, performance, and dedication to serving our community.
