This makes six years that my baby girl got her wings. She was a beautiful and loving young lady. She will forever be my Pink Princess. Keep watching over us. RIH

Saturday October 5, 2024 Sarah’s Joy had a table at the Sisters to Sisters Festival 2024 event. Breast Cancer Awareness Walk. We gave out information about the mortality rate of pregnant Black Women in America. We also donated seat belt pillows to the Celebration of Life Nonprofit. We also gave out sugar scrubs. I thank God that this event was a success.

According to the CDC, Black Women are three times more likely to die from a pregnancy related cause than White Women. Multiple factors contribute to theses disparities, such as variation in quality healthcare, underlying chronic conditions, structural racism.

Our Mission is to educate, encourage, and support African American Women during their pregnancy.

To promote healthy mom and baby both pre and postpartum.

To promote advocation for maternal health in our Black communities.
