Currently, Meals on Wheels needs substitute drivers for the summer. Commit to one month (June or July) on either Wednesdays or Fridays. Pick up is at 11:15 AM in the employee parking lot of the hospital.

Additionally, we need a weekly driver for Route C on Wednesdays. This is a commitment to drive every week. We will get a substitute if you have a conflict or illness. We have an AMAZING group of volunteers—come join us!

Happy Memorial Day Weekend! We honor the brave heroes that gave their all for our freedom.

We will NOT deliver meals on Monday, May 25, in observance of the holiday.

Dalhart Meals on Wheels is a non-profit organization that provides meals to community members over 55 years of age, or who are handicapped. We deliver meals Monday through Friday at 11:00 AM. Our meals are reasonably priced at $4.00 per day. We do our best to accommodate special dietary needs such diabetes and food allergies.

The Panhandle Gives update!

Amazing! We are overwhelmed with gratitude! Many thanks to all who gave during The Panhandle Gives campaign. Dalhart Meals on Wheel exceeded our fundraising goal!!
