We had a great day out at Green Hill Park Equestrian Center for the Roanoke Valley Pony Club Fall Frolic.
Our new junior volunteers at the concession stand were taking a break to watch a fellow BRES member warm up for her dressage tests.
Thank you to our wonderful volunteers who staff the concession stand. Could not do it without you.
Thank you to the Pony Club volunteers who help put on such nice shows - glad we could provide lunch and manage food services.

Roanoke Valley Pony Club we've got your concession stand supplies for Sunday!
We'll get pizza and we're bringing a big garden salad, chips, water/soda/Gatorade/fizzy waters and yes, GRILLED cheeses! 11:15-2pm

Coffee, tea, pastries by 10am

FREE hands on training for Virginia Animal Control officers in basic horse handling and care November 6th in Lorton VA at Simple Changes Farm. We will cover catching, haltering, leading and loading. Other subjects covered will include basic nutrition, when to call the vet and body condition scoring. Class limited to 20 people.
