Subject: IN NEED OF VOLUNTEER SPANISH TRANSLATORS

What: I have been contacted with a plea for help from the Guadalupe Free Clinic in Colonial Beach. They are currently in desperate need of Spanish translators. They’d take any other help as well, but most importantly Spanish Translators due to the fact that the majority of their patients are Hispanic.

Familia, Anuncio Importante!

Emergency Work Position 🚨

This position will be working with FEMA, taking calls from Hurricane victims. The work cannot be done remotely, it will be working from a call center in Falls Church, VA. There will be a background check and fingerprinting done this week and then the start date should be a couple of weeks out. The hours are between 7 AM and 11 PM but each person would only be working 35 hours a week. The pay will be around $19-20 per hour. Unfortunately, FEMA is not looking for part time help at this point.

It is a requirement that everyone is a US Citizen and is fluent in English and Spanish. You must be able to pass a background check.

FEMA is in need of over 100 Call Center Technicians to help support disaster relief efforts from Hurricane Harvey and Maria.

Description:

• Enters and maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reports.
• Acts as liaison for customers.
