I am including the mother's post below to explain the severity of the situation.
On August 20th, my daughter's father,John-Anthony Beal or to most Tyler, picked our daughter Autumn up for his scheduled visitation time as we had 50/50 custody. On September 3rd, we had a time and meeting place for me to pick up our daughter. On September 3rd, Tyler failed to meet me and has had minimal contact with me since. Only to tell me that I would not be getting my daughter back and that he wanted to put her in states custody. I called the police only to be told there was nothing they could do since he has custody as well and that I would have to go thru juvenile court to file for him to be held in contempt. I did that and have a court date December 12th. I text Tyler every day multiple times to check on my daughter with zero response each time. The only peace of mind I had was knowing Tyler was living with his mother and she is so good with Autumn and would keep her safe.
Fast forward to yesterday October 31st. I get a call from Tyler's mother saying they got into a verbal altercation and that Tyler had relapsed on his drug of choice, stole multiple guns (he's a felon) and had took off with Autumn. She also made me aware of severe neglect and abuse that Tyler has enflicted upon Autumn. From severe diaper rash from being left in diapers, not feeding her, all the way to spanking her and popping her in the mouth till she bled. I have also witnessed this before and made courts aware. Tyler's mom filed a police report for the stolen guns and also made them aware of the abuse towards Autumn. Tyler also has multiple warrants out for his arrest. She hasn't been able to get into contact with Tyler whatsoever and we have no idea where he could have gone. The only possible lead we have is that he told a friend he was going to live with an ex roommate named Michaela who possibly lives in Dickson or Hickman county, TN. I'm beyond worried for my daughter. Knowing Tyler is actively using and is more than likely armed is the scariest feeling possible. I've filed and been granted emergency custody and Autumn is to be returned into my care immediately. But we have to find her first. Williamson county says they're looking, but I don't feel like they're taking this as seriously as they should. So that's why I'm coming on here. I need people to share. If you see Tyler and/or Autumn please call local non-emergency and myself 865-203-3344. Autumn is not safe. Please please please help me find my daughter.
