In a safe container different tools will be offered to assist us in identifying where we are at in our grief process, how to access our emotions safely, how to stay in connection with what we have lost and to perhaps find new ways of being that are regenerative and peaceful.
Are you struggling with someone to talk to who understands? Whatever your loss, whenever your loss, whatever your experience, you are welcome here. You will be met with compassion and non judgment as we embark on this courageous journey together in community.We will learn to open up to our emotions and our body’s innate wisdom in order to feel, access our needs ( physical/emotional/mental), and process grief. Grief is fundamentally the painful experience of losing something or someone deeply loved. While often linked to death of person or pet, grief can also stem from other significant losses like health, a job, or a relationship. We welcome all grievers.The pillars that support this embodied journey are: Trauma informed Somatic Techniques, Breathwork, Mindful movement, Journaling, Sound Medicine, and Heart Group Shares. No Yoga experience required.My intention is to help you honor your loss(es), become more resilient, and find ways to stay in connection with that which you love.
