...for anyone whose interested in working on weekends and adding a little more cash to their pockets. The position is Concierge and the work is easy and the atmosphere is beautiful with a great staff. The hours alternate every other weekend 8am - 2pm and 2pm - 8pm. That simply means that if you work this weekend from 8am to 2pm then the next weekend you'll work from 2pm to 8pm. That would be your alternate schedule every week.. The position is Concierge and it's for a senior living facility in Canton. You'd sit at the desk, greet visitors, take temperatures of visitors and log it, answer the phone..other responsibilities but nothing a bright, enthusiastic and energetic person can't handle. The training offered is informative and fun and there are other incentives. Perkerson House is seeking individuals/organizations/stores that would kindly donate twin beds for our residents who are in need. We need a total of ten (10) twin beds (mattresses and metal frames) and three (3) twin mattresses for existing frames. Even though we're asking for metal frames, we'd gladly accept any frame to ensure the residents have a bed. We need these beds as soon as possible to accommodate new residents who are scheduled for residency in the next week or two. If you can donate one bed, two...no matter the quantity, we would gladly accept and we would pick them up as well. In addition, we would gladly accept twin sheet sets, pillows, blankets, towels and washcloths. Please call 404-991-2444 or you can respond via Messenger to arrange pick up. Perkerson House Atlanta is a housing division under Fresh Grounds Inc, a 501c3 non-profit located in the heart of South West Atlanta that offers a flexible living environment with the emphasis on individual responsibility and accountability; those issues that are so important in dealing wit both the work place and social relationships. Combined with a flexible environment, community involvement and daily living skill practices Perkerson House Atlanta is a safe place for individuals, men and women, to call home while they’re in transition.
