Now Hiring - Experienced RBT (Must already have RBT certification)

We need Registered Behavior Technicians who understand that this work is about showing up for kids and families, not just logging hours. You'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, complete session notes, and work collaboratively with our team in a clinic or school setting.

What you need: Must be 18+, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, RBT certification, and experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum. Compassion, patience, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors required.
