On 6/9, USBP agents apprehended a Cuban national and documented Latin Kings gang member with a long history of serious crimes.

Paroled into the U.S. in 2013 under temporary status, he never pursued legal residency—instead, he chose a criminal path:
🔹Crimes of Moral Turpitude
🔹Grand theft auto
🔹Identity theft
🔹Felon in possession of a firearm
🔹Property damage

In 2016, an immigration judge issued a final order of removal. That order will now be fully enforced—DEPORTED.

Criminals have no place here. Public safety is non-negotiable.

I have been hard at work behind the scenes the last few months to restructure and rebuild MAGI. I will have some exciting updates to share with you soon.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to train with the Alabama Gang Investigators Association and meet their board members as well as some really great guys from the States Attorney General's Office of Alabama. The training was presented by Georgia Gang Investigators Association board member and Retired Atlanta Police Gang Investigator Mark Belknap. It was a really awesome day, and MAGI will be hosting a similar event in the near future.

Thank you for an amazing day of training amd fellowship.

Georgia, Mississippi, and Alabama will be working together to strengthen our Association and to build a much stronger network of Gang Investigators and Prosecutors across the entire South Eastern region of the United States. We are stronger together.
