Worldly Active Youth is a student-run philanthropic organization founded by students of various high schools based in Orange County, California. It all started with a fellow founder's visit to Liberia which grew into an organization for the purpose of alleviating the pains of poverty in developing nations. All of the money raised by the organization will go directly into helping change the lives o

f people living in domestic and foreign nations through clothes, school supplies, and medical tools. WAY's ultimate goal is to send high school students abroad to volunteer with the club's partner, Cosmic Volunteers, a non-profit organization in Philadelphia that offers volunteer and internship programs abroad in Asia, Africa, and South America. By doing so, Worldly Active Youth hopes to open the eyes of today's young adults' to see the poverty that exists in the world by encouraging students to become worldly active and philanthropic.
