🚨 UTAH SLAUGHTERHOUSE SUSPENDED BY USDA AFTER HUMANE HANDLING VIOLATIONS 🚨

A Utah slaughterhouse has been suspended by USDA inspectors after federal officials documented disturbing animal handling failures involving sheep.

According to USDA records:

• Sheep reportedly endured multiple failed stun attempts during slaughter.
• One animal allegedly remained standing and conscious after repeated captive bolt shots.
• Inspectors state a backup firearm was ultimately used after earlier attempts failed.
• USDA documented evidence of multiple penetrating wounds to a sheep’s head.
• A separate incident days earlier also involved sheep requiring multiple stun attempts.
• USDA concluded the facility’s humane handling system was not being effectively followed.

As a result, USDA issued an immediate suspension of slaughter inspection services — a serious enforcement action that can halt operations.

If this story upsets you the most effective way to help animals is to go vegan. Slaughterhouses kill animals because humans keep putting in orders for animal body parts.
